Alexander Barnett
BPhty (Hons)
Alex graduated from the Universtiy of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours. Since graduating, Alex has completed his Level 1 and 2 Integrated Sports Dry Needling Courses. He has also attended a number of conferences and talks, keeping up-to-date with the latest evidential research in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Alex has developed a passion for Sports Physiotherapy which has stemmed from his passion for sport himself. Recently, Alex has been preparing injury prevention programs for Moggill Football Club's junior teams and F45 Pullenvale, applying the latest evidence in injury prevention. Injury rehabilitation has also become an interest of Alex's - anything from a rolled ankle to a joint replacement. Alex enjoys working with patients to rehabilitate their body, tailoring home exercise programs to the individual and their interests, returning them to fitness.
Away from physiotherapy, Alex is a talented soccer player and is currently competing in the new Queensland Premier League. He can also be found on the sidelines, coaching junior football teams as well.  He has an extensive interest in sport, including cricket and all of the football codes. Alex also enjoys art, particular drawing and photography. Alex has also set himself the goal to run a half-marathon in 2018 - stay tuned for the result!
