Functional Pilates
Target Physio has four key pillars encompassed in the Functional Pilates program:
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Function

The courses were developed by our physiotherapists to target a variety of needs and goals of the individual. We have a variety of levels targetted at different levels of fitness that are offered as an 8 session course over 8 weeks and run in sync with school terms. Bookings are essential as we have a maximum of 6 spots available. Level P, R, U and MI consist of 30 minutes of one-on-one with you physiotherapist. For those who have not been to see a physiotherapist at Target Physio before, a precourse assessment is required to recommend which level is appropriate. The Pilates course and consult is claimable on Private Health funds, DVA and Workcover.
